What challenges and priorities do you see for HR?

The European Association for People Management (EAPM) and The Boston Consulting Group ( BCG) are jointly conducting the fifth global HR survey on “Creating People Advantage”.

As special feature of this year’s survey, you have the opportunity to participate in a “Talent and Leadership Health Check” and the option to receive a customized benchmarking of your responses in this section. In addition, the report will feature the latest trends in:

• HR @ Web 2.0: How well does HR take advantage of the new opportunities of Web 2.0?
• HR without frontiers: How can HR - its structures, processes, and capabilities - be aligned with the demands of a globalized world?
• Diversity for market success: How can demography and diversity management be linked with business strategy?

The survey will be launched on January 26, 2011 and will remain online until March 2011. The survey should take approximately 20 minutes. It does not have to be completed in one sitting; you can also save your work and continue later.  Clic here
